- What does Brougham Advisory do?
- We provide executive partnership and practical business support: executive support at leadership level, business operations, project management, marketing coordination and practical AI adoption. The aim is simple: help founders and leadership teams stay focused on the work that grows the business.
- Are you a virtual assistant business?
- No. We work as a trusted executive partner, often at chief of staff level, shaping priorities and delivering alongside you rather than working from a task list. Some of the work is practical and hands-on, but it always connects to your bigger picture.
- Do you offer one-off help or ongoing support?
- Both. You can book focused help with a single priority, arrange regular support each week, or bring in project support for a defined piece of work.

- Who do you work with?
- Founders, CEOs and leadership teams of growing businesses, including insurance, financial services, professional services, technology and female-led businesses.
- We are a small business. Is that too small?
- Not at all. Support is shaped around your stage and your budget. Many clients start with a single priority and grow the support from there.
- Is our information kept confidential?
- Yes. Discretion sits at the centre of how we work, and client identities are never shared without permission. That is why our case studies and testimonials are anonymised.

- How does an engagement work?
- We start with a conversation about what is taking up your time. From there you choose focused help, regular support or project support, and everything is set out clearly before work begins.
- What does it cost?
- Costs are agreed upfront and depend on the scope of the support. You receive a clear outline of the work, priorities and fee before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
- Can you help us make sense of AI?
- Yes, and we keep it practical. That means identifying the tasks worth automating, building prompt libraries tailored to your team and supporting adoption so the tools are used confidently and safely.
Working across the UK and Australia
- Where are you based?
- Brougham Advisory is based in Northwich, Cheshire, and works with clients across the UK.
- Do you work with businesses in Australia?
- Yes. We work with clients in Australia as well as the UK, including supporting the launch of an Australian insurance business. We agree working hours and response times around the time difference so communication stays simple.
